Assistant Administrator Information Systems (IS) / Technology (IT)  
The Information Systems/Technology Assistant collaborates in the setup and maintenance of the corporate network and pool of computers. He prevents virus intrusion, ensures optimal use of the network and secures business data. He provides support to users in computer and telephone matters. From the Information Systems point of view, the assistant helps in setups and configuration, participates in issue debugging and in the maintenance of data and collaborates with the team in other projects requiring assistance. QA Team Leader (Brossard, QC)  
Reporting to the R&D Manager, the QA Team Leader acts as a technical mentor inside his group making sure that all team members are aware of the best test practices. He makes sure all test procedures are appropriate for the different HVAC hardware and software products to be validated ensuring the best possible test coverage before signing off the release of such products. QA Test Specialist (Brossard, QC)  
Reporting to the R&D Manager, the QA Test Specialist is responsible for the proper operation of the different products before they get released to the market. The QA Test Specialist is a quality minded individual that elaborates and manages the test procedures for the products to be tested, hardware or software. He/she is the one responsible of making sure the test coverage is adequate in relation to the functional specification and performs the different test sequences and produces the reports while respecting the project milestones and deadlines. Software Developer – (Java & .Net) (Brossard, QC)  
Reporting to the R&D Director, the Software Developer is responsible for the design of Distech Software Products. He/she will, in collaboration with the other members of the R&D team (Hardware, Firmware and Software), program in .Net or Java the different Software products following Distech’s Product Development cycle. Programs will be coded according to best practices and documented for the Technical Writers to take over while delivering a stable and high quality end product. He/she will also on occasion ensure proper product transfer in production generating associated documentation. The role also includes product support and evolution for its entire life span. DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Brossard, QC)  
Under the supervision of the Vice-President of Operations & Technology, the ideal candidate has a strong sense of business affairs and has customer’s satisfaction at heart. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to Technical support and Training departments at Distech Controls. He will manage a team of dedicated technical support agents, insure the team provides satisfactory response time to customers, work closely with other departments identifying areas of improvement and is always focused on quality. PRODUCT MANAGER (Brossard, QC)  
Under the supervision of the Product Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development of a wide array of products (software and hardware), from the conception phase to the commercialization of the product as well as throughout its entire life cycle. The candidate will be the product specialist and will master all aspects of the product. The candidate will develop recommendations for the product line, establish a strategy and ensure its application and effectiveness.
