Distech Controls introduces its line of user friendly damper actuators and valves for the HVAC industry.
Our actuators are designed for long lasting, reliable and quiet operation of air control dampers and temperature control valves. All actuators feature a universal self-centering mounting clamp and anti-rotation strap as well as durable brushless DC motor technology and easy manual positioning. Our line of actuators provide high quality, cost effective solution for all environments, with a complete selection for high humidity, wide temperature extremes and outdoor applications, without requiring costly additional enclosures.

Additionally, our selection of valves, feature 2-way and 3-way ball valves models, providing equal percentage flow charasteristic for control applications. They are rated for water/50% glycol applications, up to 360 PSI static pressure, and 250°F media temperature. Our valves are available bundled with a variety of actuators, in a compact configuration for easy installation in tight spaces.

Type PDIEL-AN(T)

AN actuators' compact size and industry-standard footprint allow for easy installation on both new and drop-in retrofit applications in VAV terminal unit control housings. All models are non-fail-safe and will remain in the last control position in the event of an interruption of power to the actuator.

easyCONTROLS BE type Electric Actuator
Electronic Fail-Safe, 88/132 in-lb Minimum Torque
Options for NEMA 2 and NEMA 4
Type PDIEL-BE(P)

BE actuators feature electronic fail-safe technology which uses goldcap capacitors to electronically position the actuator in the event of an interruption of power to the actuator. These capacitors store six times the energy required to drive the actuator to the fail-safe position under full torque load. Thermal compensation allows easyCONTROLS actuators to deliver the full rated torque even at the lowest ambient temperature rating.

Fast-Running, Non-Spring-Return, 44 in-lb Minimum Torque
Options for NEMA 2 and NEMA 4
Type PDIEL-BF(P)

BF actuators' nominal running time is 30 seconds for 90°. All models are non-fail-safe and will remain in the last control position in the event of an interruption of power to the actuator.
