The Distech Controls LONMARK® certified line of EC-STAT communicating thermostats with integrated room sensor, offers exceptional value and versatility, as a stand alone or networkable controller. With a sleek design and an intuitive menu-driven, backlit LCD display, these products are suited for many commercial, industrial and hotel applications. Configuration is easily done using the EC-Configure LNS® based plug-in or EC-Net wizard or directly from the EC-Stat keypad.
Offering more applications for its popular EC-STAT line, Distech Controls now launches two new models for fan coil and zoning applications, the EC-STAT-FC and the EC-STAT-ZN.

The LONMARK certified EC-STAT-FC product line of communicating thermostats is specifically designed for fan coil applications including: 2 pipes for cooling or heating only 2 pipes for cooling with reheat or for heating with reheat 4 pipes cooling and heating 4 pipes cooling and heating with reheat

For more advanced applications, all models feature a configurable system mode button, allowing the user to set the sequence of operation to automatic for optimal temperature control, and to heat or cool for specific operation. The Fan button allows for manual control of the fan speed, and controls devices with up to 3 speeds. All models contain a Single-Pull Single-Throw (SPST) auxiliary switch, which can be used to control lighting or auxiliary reheat. The series of devices designed for Institutional or commercial use has an "Override" button located on the faceplate, whereas the models destined for Hotel use have a toggle button between Centigrade and Fahrenheit degrees.

The LONMARK certified EC-STAT-ZN product line of communicating thermostats is specifically designed for local zoning applications including: Control of pressure dependent variable air volume (VAV) actuators, with options such as local reheat and changeover sensor - single or dual duct applications. Control of local hydronic reheat valve - for systems with 2 or 4 pipes-, with or without changeover sensor. Control of reheat stage For additional flexibility, all digital inputs are programmable to cover applications such as remote supply temperature sensing, changeover sensing as well as remote room temperature sensing with temperature averaging capabilities for multiple sensors.
