Distech Controls announced the appointment of two sales managers
for North America and an international sales manager for India.
As Regional Sales Manager, Jeff Wilson will
be responsible for channel development, product application
support and for supporting relationships with clients in Central
USA. He has more
than 10 years
of experience in business development for organizations
in the building automation industry and has applied his
skills in sales management to
produce strong product adoption and support within commercial,
government, institutional and health care markets. Jeff
has assisted multiple HVAC system integrators in differentiating
themselves by offering interoperable HVAC, lighting, CCTV and
access control, providing end-users with a holistic
approach to building functionality. He obtained the Certified
Protection Professional (CPP) certification. Jeff holds a Bachelor
of Business Administration (University of
North Texas).
Brian Seiderman, Regional Sales Manager for Western North America, brings
senior management and technical experience in controls, electro-mechanical
devices and instrumentation. He has a proven track record of over 15 years
servicing the commercial, industrial and construction industries, with
senior sales and business development positions with international HVAC
and industrial controls manufacturers and energy management system contracting
providers. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
(California Polytechnic State University), a Masters in Business Administration
(University of California) and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Brian
will be responsible for the development and management of the sales channel
and the support of clients within western regions of USA and Canada.
Jeff Wilson and Brian Seiderman join Billy Wyatt, Regional
Sales Manager for North-eastern North America and Patrick Winkelman,
Vice-President of
Sales Americas.
Distech Controls has also created a sales service point in Mumbai, India
and appointed Vinayak Athavale as Sales Manager for India. Vinayak is a
sales professional with over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing
of automation and electricity management systems and has worked for international
manufacturers and building technology divisions based in India. He also
brings strong technical experience in HVAC with experience in supervision
of installation, commissioning and operation of building automation systems.
Vinayak holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Mumbai University).
The sales office in Mumbai will serve as a sales support and
service point for India and Vinayak will be responsible for the development
of the sales channel and branding of Distech Controls solutions.
