Distech Controls Receives Four 2019 ControlTrends Awards During its 25th Anniversary Year

ATLANTA – February 4, 2020 Acuity Brands, Inc. (NYSE: AYI) (“Company”) today announced that Distech ControlsTM, an innovation leader connecting people with intelligent building solutions, received four ControlTrends awards including: Innovative Wireless Product of the Year for the ECLYPSE Sky Ecosystem and my PERSONIFY Workplace won for ControlTrends Impact Solution of the Year award. In addition, Martin Villeneuve, President of Distech Controls received ControlTrends’ PID (Passion, Integrity, Dedication) award and Scott Hamilton won the Executive of the Year, Large Manufacturing award for his role as vice president of sales for Distech Controls. The awards were announced during AHR Expo (International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Expo), the world’s largest HVACR event with more than 1,800 exhibitors and 45,000 attendees.
